Meet the Staff

Nancy Boudreau
Office Manager
A little about me: With a B.S. in social work, I initially spent five years in the field before joining this office. Three decades later, I’m still here, drawn by the work ethic, compassion, and culture that define our office. What I love about my job: Being at the front desk allows me to interact with everyone. I enjoy resolving insurance issues and doing my best to help people in any way possible. The front desk staff is always willing to go above and beyond to assist patients, parents, and each other. I enjoy watching smiles transform, especially when former patients bring their children in for treatment.
In my free time: I enjoy staying active, traveling, reading, and swimming. I think of the ocean as a home away from home.

Julie Martin
Orthodontic Assistant
A little about me: I’ve been blessed to have been working with the office since 1983.
What I love about my job: It’s very rewarding knowing how much my job impacts someone’s self-confidence and oral health. The change in the patient from the beginning of treatment to the end is quite amazing and fulfilling.
In my free time: I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with my family.

Tilbe Altin Morina
Orthodontic Assistant
Originally from Turkey and raised in Weymouth, MA, Tilbe brings a unique blend of empathy, skill, and dedication to Smile Orthodontics. After graduating from Weymouth High School, she went on to earn both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from Suffolk University. Her background in psychology and social work gave her valuable experience in understanding people’s needs, which she now applies in orthodontics.
At Smile Orthodontics, Tilbe is committed to making each patient’s orthodontic journey smooth and positive. She believes in the life-changing power of a confident smile and takes pride in helping patients achieve their goals. Known for her compassionate approach, she works to create a welcoming environment where patients feel supported and empowered.
Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her dog, traveling, reading, and practicing yoga to stay balanced and energized.

Laura Peralta
Treatment Coordinator
A little about me: I have had the pleasure of working with this office and its amazing staff since 2011.
What I love about my job: I love working with our doctors and our wonderful staff. I am happy to be one of the first people to meet new patients and their families. I enjoy helping them feel comfortable and making their first experience in our office a positive one. As they continue to come to our office, I enjoy getting to know them, and I love watching their confidence grow as their smiles transform.
In my free time: I enjoy spending time with my children, grandchildren, family, and friends.

Shaina Penniman
Financial Coordinator
A little about me: I joined the office in April 2022 and I love it! I’m the first person you’ll see walking into the Gardner Office. I also work closely with insurance and coordinate our social media accounts.
What I love most about my job: I personally love interacting with our patients and their parents. Relationship building is important to me. Seeing their smiles transform from day 1 to the last is incredibly rewarding. Our staff here are not only knowledgeable but also very compassionate.
In my free time: I love spending time with my family, friends, and our Golden Retriever, Cooper. I enjoy relaxing lake days on our boat, hiking, and listening to live music.
